Who can invest?
Individuals and companies can become investors by completing a short registration form, regulatory consent steps, and activating their investor account with an initial deposit in Canadian dollars (CAD). You must be at least 18 years old and a resident eligible to invest under Canadian start-up crowdfunding rules (NI 45-110).
