2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. By using Leading Bridges, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

To participate in projects, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. For Project Creators

If you are listing a project on Leading Bridges:

Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided regarding the project is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with all local laws in the African country of operation and Canadian regulations.
Use of Funds: You commit to using the funds raised exclusively for the project goals as described on the platform.
Liability: Leading Bridges does not guarantee the success of any project. We are not liable for the failure of a creator to deliver on promised rewards or equity performances.


5. For Contributors (Backers)
Risk Acknowledgment: Crowdfunding involves significant risk. You understand that you may lose all or part of your contribution.
No Guarantee: Leading Bridges makes no guarantee regarding the financial return or the successful implementation of any project.
Due Diligence: We perform internal reviews, but we strongly encourage you to conduct your own independent due diligence before contributing to any project.


6. Fees and Payments
Leading Bridges may charge a service fee for the use of our platform and payment processing. These fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you finalize any contribution.
All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. You agree to the terms of service of these providers.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Leading Bridges platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Leading Bridges or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leading Bridges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to, the failure of projects to deliver on their promises or any financial losses incurred.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.

10. Amendments
